I have an AA in Music from Onondaga Community College, and I completed both an undergraduate degree in Special Education and a graduate degree in Education at the State University of New York, Plattsburgh. I went on to teach Special Ed at a school district in northern NY, but I am retired now from the classroom. I have done everything from teaching elementary students to working at a penitentiary helping inmates prepare to take the GED. I've also taught music and piano lessons for many years. I am a very experienced, patient instructor who treats each pupil as a respected individual. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or your child, I believe we can work together to meet your scholastic goals. I am comfortable working with students from early elementary age to adult learners, and with people from a variety of backgrounds.
